Shipping Policy

Since we love our products and our customers, we deliver during weekdays to provide the best start to your experience. Because we are a boutique business, please allow us three (3) days to process your order. If there are any significant delays, we will let you know, we love to communicate. 

We love to know where it’s going and when it’s going to get there, so look for your tracking number within 24 hours of your shipment being created. 

 

We ship with Canada Post and Purolator. Rates calculated based on your address on cart and check out page. Please keep in mind Purolator only ships to physical addresses and does not ship to PO boxes so choose Canada Post option if you require that option.

 

DAMAGES. We’d love everything to arrive safe and sound, but that’s not always the way the world works. We love to help our customers, but we need some help on your end. If you receive our LOVEROOTS products with any physical damage in any way that has impacted the product, please help us by sending us the following.

  1. Photo of damaged product. 
  2. Photo of package it came in.
  3. Photo of invoice. 
  4. Photo of shipping label.
