We are very clear that shipping in Canada can take time so we are going to factor in a 50 day return with full refund because we want to allow you a 30 day period to experience our product fully. When we receive your request for a refund within 50 days from date on invoice, we will love you back by providing a full refund within five (5) business days. We will notify you by email once your refund is complete.
